We loved the location of this place, as it was a short walk to the Aviva Stadium where we caught an exciting rugby match. The charming decor really added to the cozy vibe, and the coffee machine in our room was a nice touch for our family mornings.
My wife says that the cleanliness could have been better, especially for families with children.

Absolutely loved the freedom with entry codes! It's like crashing at a mate's place—grab your own water and toilet paper, darling. Such a cozy vibe!
But really, check-out at 10? I've had longer brunches! Plus, where were the towels? I almost had to use a napkin!

Diving into the local food scene around Butlers Townhouse was a highlight! We discovered Mao At Home's mouthwatering Asian dishes just 0.5 km away and Farmer Browns Bath Avenue's hearty Irish comfort food 0.5 km from our digs.
The parking situation was a total pain—had to hoof it over to Shelbourne Greyhound Parking with a ticket mix-up that gave me a meltdown. And the staff could've used a crash course in customer service—politeness is key, folks!

A charming stay with quirks
The atmosphere felt like a home away from home, with beautiful vintage decor and cozy furnishings. The staff seemed genuinely caring, making our stay even more pleasant.
Though the room was lovely, the shower's temperature fluctuated unpredictably, which made each shower an adventure. Additionally, the carpets could use a refresh.
